Indoor Sales Coordinator (PB)

Carry out the delivery scheduling and negotiate the delivery schedule with the customers and the trading firms.
- Monitor the pallet collection, shipping costs, etc.
- Monitor customers’ PO, prepare Delivery order, tax invoice, performa invoice, packing list and shipping document.
- Check invoice from forwarder, insurance company.
- Tracking of all incoming shipments and late shipments.
- Handle incoming calls for any enquiry, response to customers request on a timely basis
- Work closely with production staffs and update the stock level daily and solved the different if actual stock and system quantity are different.
- Diploma is a minimum required with at least 2 years working experience.
- Good interpersonal skill and communication skills is highly required.
- Good knowledge of using Ms Office application and handling paperwork
