Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Interior Design.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, or equivalent.
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Strong design sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently as well as in a team.
- Possess own transport for site visits and meetings.
- Meet and communicate with clients to understand their requirements and design preferences.
- Develop creative interior design concepts, space planning, and 3D visualisations.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Source and select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ensure designs are delivered according to client requirements, timeline, and budget.
