Key account manager (fmcg - hypermarkets)

We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager for a prominent market leader in the FMCG food and household care sector. This position focuses on driving commercial excellence and strategic growth across top-tier hypermarket accounts, and requires your urgent attention.

• Reporting to: National Key Account Manager (NKAM)
• Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor
• Join a highly energetic, hands-on organization that treats its teams dynamically and rewards high-performing individuals with lucrative monthly sales incentives.

• Take full commercial ownership of driving profitable volume growth, product distribution, and market share across international key accounts (IKAs), focusing heavily on hypermarkets.
• Develop, negotiate, and execute high-impact Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to align organizational targets with key customer growth strategies.
• Strategize and implement consumer-facing promotional playbooks, shelf-space placement, and optimized pricing structures to accomplish robust organic volume growth.
• Measure, track, and perform rigorous data analytics on key account metrics to deliver actionable commercial insights and concrete action plans to management.

• Minimum Diploma or Degree.
• Minimum 3 years of FMCG Key Account Management experience handling mass-volume accounts.
• Hypermarket channel experience (Mydin, Giant, Lotus's, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Detail-oriented and strategic thinker with strong data analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills.
