Minimum College Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, education consulting or customer service is preferred; fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome to apply
- Good English; proficiency in Chinese or Arabic is an advantage
- Goal-oriented, proactive and careful, with good communication, service and customer relationship management skills, strong pressure resistance, and passion for education
- Handle on-site and online consultations (Xiaohongshu, Douyin, etc.), professionally answer questions about courses, fees, faculty, etc., provide demand-oriented suggestions, and do not exaggerate course effects
- Follow up with potential and consulting customers: conduct the first follow-up call within 3 days and follow up once a week, resolve customer doubts, promote enrollment conversion, and achieve enrollment targets (This position has performance appraisal and clear KPIs, linked to performance)
- Follow up on the learning progress and satisfaction of enrolled students at least once a week, assist in solving learning problems, and guide existing students to refer new ones
- Respond to consultant inquiries, synchronize customer progress, push course information, and cooperate with offline enrollment and experience class activities
- Coordinate with the front desk to verify enrollment information and confirm the payment process to ensure the smooth progress of enrollment work
