This role reports to the Senior Manager - Counselling Team (Local)

• Consultative Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor to prospective students and parents, providing objective advice on tertiary education pathways, university options, and eligible financial aid/scholarships.
• Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from nurturing inbound digital leads and conducting consultations to securing university applications and final registrations
• Outreach & Recruitment: Participate in and execute student recruitment initiatives, including high school roadshows, educational fairs, and community engagement events.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and seasonal individual and team enrollment targets to unlock highly competitive performance commissions.
• Product Mastery: Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of the higher education landscape, including partner institution offerings, entry requirements, and career pathways.

• Diploma or Degree in any field
• Fluent in English & Mandarin.

• Enjoys helping others & has a results-driven personality
