Education Level:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist roles, preferably within the manufacturing or retail sector.

Skills & Certifications:

  • Proficiency in TIMETEC (Payroll & Attendance).
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act.
  • Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Physical Demands and Environment:

  • Standard office environment.
  • Ability to handle high-volume administrative tasks and employee interactions.

Functional / Operational Responsibilities:

  1. End-to-End Recruitment
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates.
  • Manage job postings across platforms such as JobStreet and Telegram to fulfill workforce requirements.
  1. Payroll & Benefits
  • Manage accurate payroll processing using TIMETEC.
  • Handle employee benefits including health insurance, leave, and bonuses.
  1. Onboarding & Compliance
  • Conduct new hire onboarding processes.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysia Labour Laws and company policies.
  1. Employee Relations
  • Handle employee grievances and conduct exit interviews.
  • Maintain HR documentation, contracts, and employee records.

Strategic Responsibilities:

  1. Performance Management
  • Collaborate with department heads to set KPIs and goals.
  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
  1. Culture & Engagement
  • Organize employee engagement activities to improve morale and promote a positive company culture.
  1. HR Analytics
  • Prepare reports on employee turnover, engagement, and training effectiveness.
  • Identify areas for HR process improvement.
