Comfortable communicating with parents and students
Interest in marketing / social media / content
Positive, growth-minded, and team-oriented
Requirements- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Education, Communications, or related fields
- Preferably 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Background in marketing, sales, customer service, or education industry is an added advantage
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
- Mandarin proficiency is required due to our Mandarin speaking customer base.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel when required
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Xiaohongshu, Google, etc.)
- Create engaging content, photos, videos, reels, and posts
- Design marketing materials using Canva, AI tools, and creative software
- Write compelling copy and captions
- Assist in Meta Ads and digital marketing campaigns
- Support school events, open days, exhibitions, and ground marketing activities
- Build brand awareness and attract new student enquiries
- Participate in admission and enrolment activities
