Procurement Executive

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- Prior exposure to the IT, telecommunications, data centre, or technology infrastructure sector will be beneficial.
- Source and purchase products and services from local and overseas suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to achieve cost savings and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners.
- Identify new suppliers and sourcing opportunities through market research and networking activities.
- Process purchase orders and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely supply of goods and services.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve procurement-related issues when required.
- Verify supplier invoices and maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and source suitable products and solutions.
- Support quotation, tender, and project activities by providing cost-effective sourcing options.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management.
