Business Development Executive

Identify, approach, and acquire new brand clients (FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, etc.)
- Pitch KOLHUB’s services (influencer marketing, social media management, e-commerce solutions)
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Manage client relationships and ensure long-term partnerships
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in sales, business development, or agency environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confident in pitching and closing deals
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
- Able to work under pressure and meet targets
- Strong hunter mentality (not just account servicing)
- High ownership & accountability
- Comfortable with rejection and persistence
- Fast learner with strong business acumen
- Passion for digital marketing, influencer industry & social commerce
