- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mandarin speaking is a must as the role requires supporting many Mandarin-speaking customers.

- Troubleshoot issues related to EasySales mobile apps, web portals, and system synchronization.
- Record and follow up on customer inquiries, issues, and support requests.
- Conduct basic user training and assist customers in using the system.
- Escalate technical issues and bugs to the development team when necessary.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by team leaders.
