Business Development Executive

Must Have:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Leasing, or related roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good coordination and follow-through

Good to Have:

• Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or commercial leasing environments.
• Willing to travel for site visits and tenant meetings.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deadlines independently

• Source and secure suitable tenants to achieve occupancy targets and support business growth
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective tenants.
• Conduct outreach, presentations, negotiations, and tenancy agreement discussions.
• Evaluate tenant concepts, menus, and positioning to ensure alignment with outlet strategy.
• Support leasing strategies and identify opportunities to improve tenant acquisition processes.

• Coordinate tenant onboarding and ensure pre-opening requirements are completed.
• Guide tenants through setup processes, including utilities, equipment, and store readiness
• Manage lease renewals and tenancy-related matters.

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with operational, hygiene, and safety standards
• Work closely with internal departments to support smooth daily operations and outlet openings.
• Maintain leasing records and monitor occupancy, renewals, and tenant performance.
